If you want to get fit fast, then you may know that there are many exercise routines that you can adopt. The problem is that it can be hard to commit to these kinds of intensive routines when you are naturally lazy. You may also find that there is always an excuse as well, which is the last thing that you need getting in the way. If you want to try and make sure that you put an end to those lazy excuses, then this is the guide for you.
Focus on the Number 10
Try and do ten push-ups or even ten sit-ups every single day. You need to focus on doing this even if they are not consecutive. At the end of the day, you have to remember that doing something is better than doing nothing. If you get to the point where you are finding what you are doing is far too easy, then amp things up a bit.
Stand Up
You have probably seen tons of reports out there that say how bad sitting down all day is for you. If you are hunched over a keyboard, then you may find that sometimes you don’t even go out for lunch because you are just far too busy. At the end of the day, enough is enough. You have to try and make a conscious decision to get up at least every hour. You need to go to the bathroom, or even go for a little walk. If you can do this, then you will soon find that you are able to really capitalize on the benefits.
Walk for 20 Minutes a Day
It doesn’t matter if it is the middle of winter or not, because there is simply no excuse for you to take public transportation. Use your legs and get moving. It’s very easy for you to fit this into your day to day schedule, and when you get into a good routine, you’ll soon find that things end up coming together nicely. You’d be surprised at how much of a difference this can make to your health and your happiness in general. If you want to motivate yourself, then having some good walking boots or even exercise gear can help. You can also invest in women’s crossfit clothing if you want to have some decent gym gear.
Don’t Leave the House
You don’t actually need to leave the house if you want to workout. You can get a solid workout by using your home. You can do dips, lunges and even sit-ups if you want. This is a great way for you to get good results without having to worry about a thing.
Use Apps
If you only have five minutes now and again, then why not think about downloading some apps? Apps like Tabata are great as you can give yourself a very high-intensity workout without having to dedicate a full 30 minutes. This is a great way for you to get bursts of exercise throughout the day.
These straightforward ideas may seem easy, but keeping up with these activities eventually turns out to a workout routine itself.
