The June Ipsy Bag is my third glam bag subscription and with all honesty I am getting more excited each month. Once again, I am more than happy to receive the hot pink bubble wrap that contains the delightful goodies.
Upon opening the packaging, I was greeted by a leopard printed cosmetic pouch which I will definitely bring on my night outs! It has a yellow zipper which softens its tough look. Along with that is their usual card that says what the contents of the bag is all about– On The Wild Side. I was more than happy to release my inner wild child!
As I peeked in, I saw that Ipsy sent me five products this month as well. All products came in full size. Now, that’s a thumbs up for the Ipsy team! Now, what’s inside my leopard printed pouch?
The first product is Line Fix Gel Eyeliner from Cailyn. For this mineral-based product, you actually have thirteen shades to choose from. It actually looks like a cream and comes with a brush applicator. This is easy to apply and does not smudge easily. I love how the liner is really visible on my skin. Plus, its long lasting effect is just awesome!
The second product is Ivory Lace Highlighter pencil from Chella. This eye product can certainly brighten up any eye when applied in the brow bone. It actually features a very neutral color which makes it versatile. This product is easy to apply and blend in. You just have to pat it with the use of your ring finger.
The third product is Mosaic Blush from NYX. This smooth and velvety mineral-based blush cream provides a radiant color to your cheeks. It creates a sultry, long-lasting and dewy effect. There are actually nine shades that you can choose from! I usually apply this using my finger for more accuracy.
The fourth product is Tickle Me Pink Lip Liner from Starlooks. This product is just like any other lip liner. However, it comes with really amazing shades– Bare, Tipsy and Tickle Me Pink. The shade that I got is most perfect with my skin tone.
Last but not the list, I got the Sparkling Cream palette from J Cat. Contrary to popular belief, this product is not designed to be applied on the eyes. This product is made to add sparkle to your life, body, or lips.Since it comes with an applicator, it is quite easy to apply but there is really not much use for this product really. Unless you are on the theater department, of course.
To sum it up, I am completely deligthed at how the Ipsy team never fails to surprise every month. For those who have the June Ipsy bag, what did you think of yours? Feel free to share what you think! xoxo

September 8, 2013Time to glam up those eyes. 🙂 Noticed though that NYC powder was cracked. 🙁 I think I like the May Ipsy bag better.
