Winter has come. I have already prepared my winter essentials and placed a few of my summer must-haves at the back of our closet. However, there are still a few things about the summer season and warmer climate that I simply can’t let go. One of these is having beautiful highlights and ombre streaks on my hair.
The cold season can become quite gloomy and one pick-me-up that I use to ward off the anxiety and depression that comes with the winter season is adding a hint of lighter shade to my hair (preferably the tips). Ombre hairstyle makes me look more young, fun, and carefree.
If you are curious as to how I can still afford to lighten my hair despite having a cute little baby boy, well, I will share my secret with you—the SunIn Hair Lightener! Having a lighter hair shade used to be a summer thing but because of this product, I am able to enjoy sporting sun-streaked hair all year long!
Since I have medium to brown hair, I got both shades that help me achieve my desired hair color, and those are the SunIn Lemon Fresh Hair Lightener and Tropical Breeze Hair Lightener. And YES I love both products! Believe it or not, this product is alcohol-free which means no unwanted damage! It brings out ones natural highlights effortlessly. In fact, even my husband said that the color of my hair is like a breath of fresh air from the gloomy winter weather. Ain’t that sweet?
The thing that I love most about this product is that it does not only lighten my hair—it conditions it as well! Not only that, this hair lightener is so easy to apply. Just merely spray it to damp hair and comb it through. If you want to achieve the perfect sun-streaked look, you just have to spray only on the strands that you wish to highlight. Just like what I do for the ends/tips of my hair. Guess what? This product is readily available at every local Walmart and also at Walmart.com – super convenient!
Making your hair lighter has never been this fun and EASY! This hair lightening treatment works even without the help of the season since it also works with your hair dryer. Talk about combining beauty and convenience in just one product! Check out the following editorials from other beauty bloggers and learn more about Sunin.
