Summer is fun, that’s for sure. It is the perfect weather to go out for a walk, enjoy a picnic and camping, go swimming with the family, long road trips, hiking, and other outdoor activities. But with the temperature rising every year, our body quickly gets dehydrated because of the scorching heat. And that is the reason why it is essential to stay hydrated all of the time.
