Clean Beauty
Another thing I love about jane iredale PurePressed® Base Mineral Foundation and their other products is that they are clean. Clean beauty means that all their products are made without harmful ingredients, AND they’re manufactured in an environmentally friendly way. This means that we can feel as good about the product as we do about how it makes us look, and I don’t know about you, but that’s a big plus for me — especially now that I am expecting!
To further promote clean beauty, all jane iredale Hydration Sprays are ECOCERT certified. To be ECOCERT certified, products must meet certain minimum requirements. Natural and Organic Cosmetic Certification requires products to be made of a minimum of 95% natural ingredients, with 10% of ingredients coming from organic farming. When it comes to Natural Cosmetic certification, it requires products to be made of at least 50% natural ingredients with a minimum of 5% of ingredients from organic farming.

Pulling it Together
When I use my PurePressed® Base Mineral Foundation, I make sure I use the right tools and a good, reliable hydration spray to make sure I look good from the start of the day until the end of it.
Foundation APPLICATION
Begin by using downward strokes with The Handi™ Brush, repeating for added coverage. If using this foundation as a concealer or for full coverage, use the Flocked Sponge, by gently pressing and rolling PurePressed® Base Mineral Foundation on the areas where you need extra coverage.
Finish with Hydration Spray
The key to keeping any makeup look great is Hydration Spray. I like to use jane iredale POMMISST™ Hydration Spray. It helps ensure a long lasting, flawless finish, AND it’s ECOCERT certified. That means that it’s great for my look as well as my skin.

Due to my oily skin I want something that’s long lasting but with cleaner ingredients.
