Spring is out, but the cold weather seems like it is here to stay. If you live anywhere on the east coast, you would know that these past few days the weather is wrecking havoc all around. I mean, who would be excited about having a snow storm when the first day of spring is just a few days away? You bet my skin feels like it is going through a roller coaster ride.
