I’ve always found that cooking is a huge help in improving your health. When you cook, you control the ingredients and the salt. Prepackaged food is just terrible for you!

No matter I tried to learn how to cook, it only proves that cooking isn’t for me. Glad that I have a husband who is up to the task. Reconnecting with nature is good and we are lucky to be surrounded with lots of greens and trees.
