Doing Laundry Just Got Easier with Samsung FlexWash and FlexDry
Doing laundry isn’t my favorite thing. I won’t lie. There are a handful of preparations I have to do to make sure all goes well. With all the laundry piling up, I might as well do it with machines that will do my job and help my life become so much easier. That’s where my new Samsung FlexWash and Samsung FlexDry machines come in. They’re making doing laundry super easy and saving me time. Yay!
One of the reasons I’ve historically hated doing laundry so much is for apparent reason. For one, I have to use mesh bags for my delicate unmentionables. Then I have to separate hubby’s uniform from the rest of the load. Since he is in the service being around certain equipment brings particular residue, chemical, and even smell. With a little one on the way, separating the light from the dark colored ones, the uniform and the delicates, I have yet to add another on the list.
Doing Laundry the Smart Way
That’s why I’m loving my Samsung FlexWash washing machine and FlexDry dryer. I can’t tell you how excited I was when the delivery truck pulled up with our new washer and dryer. I couldn’t wait to replace our old units. While it isn’t completely outdated, they weren’t as efficient, and without doing the extra leg work, it was quite rough on my clothing – both delicate and regular – and it was just time for them to go. The delivery men were very friendly and did an excellent job of taking out the old machines and installing the new ones. After that, it was time to put the machines to the test.
You guys! The Samsung FlexWash and FlexDry machines are fantastic. Both of these super high-end machines feature the Flex system (which is right in the name) so you can wash and dry two loads of laundry at once! Yes, you read that right, there are TWO washers and TWO dryers on each machine!!! For our growing family, that’s invaluable. Now, I can wash all of our clothing and even the bulky items and still get all my delicates as well the baby’s stuff clean with the secondary (top) washers and dryers. No more worrying about turning our delicates and super cute baby items into rags.

Overall, I can now do fewer loads because these machines are SO BIG and spacious! The FlexWash has a main washer of 4.5 cubic feet with a secondary 1.0 cubic foot top loading washer. The Flexdry dryer is equally roomy with a nice sized secondary top loading dryer, as well. Both the secondary washer and dryer are controlled separately from the main washer and dryer so you can do two completely different loads with their own wash and dry options. It’s been amazing!
The upper washer even has a Steam Wash feature that allows me to remove stains without pretreating, and the top dryer allows me to lay items flat to dry them, and advanced features like Multi-Steam lets me steam away wrinkles, which is SO awesome!

Doing Laundry is Just Plain Better Now
Now that I can do regular loads and delicate loads at the same time, life is so much easier for me. And that’s even more important to me than ever. Not only do these machines save me time from all the loads I have to do, but they also save my energy. As an expecting mom, the pregnancy has really sapped my energy levels, so doing laundry more efficiently helps save my clothes and me! LOL

May 19, 2017We know we’ll be replacing our washer and dryer in the not too distant future so this is of interest to me. I like the lay flat to dry and steam feature in the dryer. We have Samsung refrigerator and stove and love them both. I know it’s a good brand.

August 23, 2017Totally love it … my laundry chore have never been this easy. In regards to being damp, I have a habit of leaving the door open until it dries. 😉 My friend however who also have the same washer wipes it dry with a towel dedicated specifically for just that. Hope that helps. xx

August 23, 2017I plan to do a combo of both, wipe it dry, then leave the door open as much as possible. It blocks the walk-thru to the garage, so during the day, when kids are at school, and at night, I will leave it open when I can. I am glad it has worked out so far. I have been using it all day, and it seems great.
