Tame Frizz and Treat Your Locks with Moroccanoil

The first 3 weeks of 2016 quickly passed by and mind you, I am still trying to catch up on most of my “resolutions” that I promised to keep. One of those is to try to tame frizz and treat my locks. So for today’s feature, I partnered with Moroccanoil to share an amazing pairing – I figured … what better way to start the New Year than having a healthy and luscious hair. Given that I’ve been dyeing and bleaching my hair throughout the years, it’s about time to give my hair a break and a well-deserved pampering.

Moroccanoil innovated and pioneered Argan Oil-infused beauty essentials that everyone is talking and hyping about across the world. Morrocanoil have an extensive range of products and I personally tested out four, two of which is their best – Moroccanoil Treatment for shinier and healthier hair and the Pure Argan Oil for the skin which is perfect for this freezing, frosty winter weather.

Moroccanoil Treatment
I don’t often use hair oil but the promised effect and benefits of this treatment are too good to pass on. What I instantly noticed about this product is that it is non sticky or greasy. It’s pretty easy to apply and my hair absorbs the oil well. It can be applied to both wet and dry hair and you can even use it as a pre-shampoo treatment.

This treatment makes my wet hair dry faster which is pretty amazing and it gives me a soft and shinier look right after application. When it comes to application on dry hair, it surely is an amazing miracle worker too! It delivers a smooth, silky and light sheen finish without any kind of greasy feeling afterwards. What I love most about this product is that it has no strong / heavy scent which is pretty rare to hair oil treatments produced nowadays.

Pure Argan Oil
Although this one works just as wondrous with the hair, I opted to use this on my body for this review. This product came in a golden/orange bottle with a dropper which I really think is convenient and very helpful. With this, users can easily control the amount to be used while preventing spillage and overuse. The oil feels glorious, glides with ease and leaves me feeling pampered with a supple skin. Just like the Treatment, this product is fragrance free making it perfect for daily use or as deemed necessary.

The other two that I have tried and tested is their Moisture Repair Shampoo and Moisture Repair Conditioner that truly made a difference to the overall health, elasticity and look of my excessively damaged hair. Almost immediately that my hair started looking hydrated and less fragile – given that my hair strand tends to break easily and feels quite gummy from repetitive bleaching. Time to get rid of those nasty broken strands, dead and split ends for good.

Overall, I am absolutely impressed with these products from Moroccanoil and I would totally recommend it for everyone to check out and try!
