Password storage is important for all of us these days. With identity theft and ever-present danger, we’re all encouraged to have different passwords for every site we log into. It’s great for security, but let’s be honest … it is so hard to remember all of those passwords! I actually had to keep them all stored on a Word doc (or the notes app on my phone) so I wouldn’t forget them all. Except that’s not secure in any way. I had to find an alternative to making sure everything is completely secure. That’s where LastPass comes to save the day. I call it my “personal locker” for all of my passwords!
Password Storage is Better with LastPass
To be honest, I knew about their service for a while before I finally used it. It wasn’t that I was actively putting off trying it. It was more that I just never seemed to have the time. Being a blogger, I tend to get carried away with all my other task. Recently, I finally gave it a chance. In fact, I wished I have given it a try much sooner. It takes all the headache out of passwords, which I love. Here’s why I love it.
It’s Easy
At the end of the day, it is incredibly easy to use. The biggest plus is that you only have to remember one password – your LastPass password. It’s the only one that LastPass doesn’t store. You can easily manage all of your passwords, and when you sign in, it automatically populates with the passwords to ALL of your sites. When I logged in, it added password info for sites that I’d actually forgotten about! It’s absolutely brilliant!!!
It’s Secure
This service is the Fort Knox of password storage. It’s designed to bank-level security standards, and all passwords are stored in a secure, encrypted environment. Basically, I am the ONLY one who can access my passwords. Ever.
It’s Convenient
It saves all of my passwords for me. It also inputs them with ease. When I log in to any site, I just click my password info from a drop down menu, and I’m off. It also auto-generates passwords for new sites that I sign up for and then automatically stores them.
Use it Anywhere
I can store all of my password info on my phone as well as my computer. LastPass makes password storage easier than ever because it makes my passwords instantly available on any device with the LastPass app. When I add a password on one device, I can immediately access it from any other device. It’s all backed up and synced automatically.
Share Passwords
I’m a busy blogger, and sometimes I need help. With LastPass, I can do more than make password storage easier. I can actually share my passwords with my Virtual Assistant. But the cool part is that my assistant doesn’t actually SEE the password. Instead, when I share a password, my assistant uses their own LastPass to log in with my name, but the password remains hidden.
It’s Free
LastPass make password management easy and it does it FOR FREE. Yes, you read that right – Get LastPass for Free!!!
Password Storage Doesn’t Have to Be a Nightmare. Get LastPass
It makes password storage easy, and I need all the easy I can get. With an encrypted vault that only I can log into, auto-generated passwords for new sites, an easy interface, and the ability to access it anywhere I am, it makes my life so much easier.
If you’re like me, password storage is a nightmare – and probably a total mess. Make your life easier with LastPass. I know it’s certainly made mine easier and more convenient.

December 14, 2016Thank you for sharing this wonderful app that bloggers like us usually needed. I was startled with how I can share my password and the fact that they don’t actually see my password but they will be using their own lastpass. Sounds great!!
